We work with US B2B staffing & recruiting agencies that have 3–15 recruiters and already use an ATS, email, and calendar. If you’re running warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics roles, you’re our lane.
Do we need to change our ATS?
No. We build your No‑Ghost backend inside the tools you already use (Bullhorn, Avionté, TempWorks, etc.). If you don’t have SMS, we’ll recommend a simple add‑on, but there’s no rip‑and‑replace.
Will this spam our candidates?
No. We use short, plain‑language SMS and emails with sensible timing. You approve all messaging before anything goes live, and candidates can opt out at any time.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams see their first flows live in 2–4 weeks, and meaningful improvements in show rates within 30–60 days, depending on how complex your current process is.
How much work is this for my team, and what if it doesn’t work?
We handle the design, build, and setup. Your team just gives input and tests a few messages. If, within 60 days of going live, you don’t see at least 30% more recruiter‑screened interviews from the applicants you already have, we work for free until you do.
